What is an online registered letter? +

It is a CTT registered letter with proof of receipt sent without you leaving home. You upload the PDF of your letter and we handle everything. Delivery to the recipient is identical to a letter posted in person at a counter.

How much does it cost to send a registered letter online? +

The price is €14.99 per letter, all included: CTT mailing, postage and proof of receipt. No subscriptions, no extra costs.

Does an online registered letter have the same legal value? +

Yes. The letter is sent via CTT as a conventional registered letter with proof of receipt. You are the sender — we handle the mailing. The proof of receipt has full evidentiary value in court, exactly as if you had gone to the counter yourself.

When do I receive the proof of receipt? +

The signed proof of receipt is returned by CTT on paper to the sender's address. By email you receive the proof of sending with the registration number. Delivery time is up to CTT and not guaranteed: normally 1 to 7 days after posting. If the recipient does not collect the letter, CTT returns it marked "not collected", which also has legal value.
